We had TSR install our air conditioners and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The boys who came onsite were respectful and considerate of our home, taking their shoes off and even placing a towel on my timber dining table to protect the surface from damage. These little touches really stood out and showed how much care they take in their work.

We recently had them back to clean our air conditioners and provide a quote for some new units, and the same high level of service was delivered. It’s great to find a company that consistently provides excellent service and genuinely respects your home. Highly recommend TSR

From my first phone contact to final install of my Panasonic 9.5kW split air-conditioning, their customer service and professionalism, has been exceptional! Advice, office staff, quote, cleanliness of install, politeness of tradesmen is first class! Thank you for your fabulous end to end local service.
I would highly recommend this company!

I recently had 3 air conditioners supplied & installed in my home and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish.
The technicians were friendly, respectful and left everything clean and tidy when the job was finished.
I’m extremely happy with the quality of the products, workmanship and customer service provided.
I would highly recommend TSR.
